Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it with any original labels and packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For voluntary returns (change of mind, no longer required, etc.) the shipping costs will be incurred by the buyer. You can arrange your own return shipping or we can arrange a collection from your address. The original shipping cost and any return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Incorrectly ordered items
Any items that were correctly advertised but incorrectly ordered will be considered a voluntary goods return with the same terms as above. You should check that the item you are ordering looks correct or contact us if you have any questions.
Incorrectly provided items
Any items that are undamaged but do not fit or function as advertised can be retuned for a full refund. You have 14 days after receiving your item to notify us of this type of issue. If possible we may offer solutions, such as repair, replacement or compensation, on a case-by-case basis. If a return is needed we will arrange a collection for the return shipment and will cover the original shipping costs.
Damaged items
Any items that are damaged can only be returned if the delivery is signed as damaged by the courier. Please inspect your order upon delivery, if the package is damaged you must ask the delivery courier to sign it as damaged. It is also recommended to take photos of the delivery as evidence. You must notify us of this issue immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Goods correctly supplied to a special order cannot be returned for credit. Special orders refer to non-stock items that have been ordered specifically for you.
Warranty
All items are sold without warranty unless a warranty is stated on the item that has been ordered. Warranty claims for items with warranty must be made within the duration of the warranty, starting on the date that the item was ordered.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
